Emergency Mock Drills
Planned evacuation drills that turn the right response into second nature.
A drill is the only honest test of an evacuation plan. Run one and you find out how long it really takes, which exit nobody uses, which door was locked and who never heard the alarm at all.
We plan and run the drill with your management, observe it properly, and give you a written debrief with the timings and the specific things to fix — then re-run it later so you can see the improvement.
What's included
A realistic scenario agreed with management, matched to your building and its actual risks.
Alarm activation and a full evacuation, observed at the exits and along the escape routes.
Time to clear the building, recorded floor by floor or area by area.
Assembly point discipline and roll call checked — the step most often done badly.
A written report of what worked, what failed and precisely what to correct.
Scheduled follow-up drills so the improvement is proved and the habit holds.

Common questions
Will a drill disrupt production?
It is planned around you — timed for a shift change or a low-load window, and area by area on larger sites. A short planned interruption is a great deal cheaper than an unplanned one.
How often should we run mock drills?
Twice a year is a reasonable baseline for most premises, and more often where staff turnover is high or the risk is significant. We will recommend a cadence after seeing the site.
